. Manage mini major accounts (Shopbob, Windsor Fashion, Revolve, Lulu's)
. Run daily reports to meet monthly goals
. Create required documents for daily shipments
. Schedule appointments and process various shipment types (LTL, DHL, USPS, and FedEx)
. Pack orders manually across different portals.
. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
. Perform date entry and route customer PO's through different portals
. Prepare and print shipping labels for all mini major accounts.
. Create UCC128 labels documents for outgoing shipments (pick tickets, BOL, and packing lists).
. Communicate with customer service to ship customer orders in a timely manner.
