Provide world class customer service to Residents and Invitees by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Cover other positions as needed, front desk, front door. Looking for reliable, hard-working, professional applicants preferably with hotel or condominium experience. Pay begins at $20 per hour with full benefits included and is available for raise after three month probation. Full-time weekend swing shift is available. Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Possess a current CA Driver's License

Possess a current Guard Card
