We are seeking a motivated and experienced Independent Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading your own sales team while driving the growth of our marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new merchants to our platform.
- Build, train, and manage your own sales team to maximize outreach and sales performance.
- Utilize social media and advertising tools to promote our marketplace and engage potential clients.
- Foster strong relationships with merchants and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
- Stay informed about e-commerce trends and cryptocurrency to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or online marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, advertising, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and its applications in e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-only position with unlimited income potential, including overrides on your team as well as residuals based on sales performance. Every merchant will need this service.
