Looking for a sales personal preferably with experience and self-motivated.
- Cultivate personable relationships with clientele
- Research these accounts’ concept and vision; their menu; and their immediate to clearly identify where they and our company mutually align
- Nurture existing accounts to ensure target customer satisfaction levels, consistent availability of product
- Grow a network of contacts within the restaurant community in order to help grow awareness of and presence of our brand.
- Relay customers’ feedback in order to resolve quality issues and follow up with customers
- Review inventory data, promotional info, upcoming items, etc. in order to relay that information back to our clientele
- Create/maintain a system in which daily/weekly progress can be documented and reviewed/analyzed by management.
- Deep understanding and appreciation for the workings of a restaurant, especially the role of a chef.
- Deploy a variety of sales techniques in order to make and close deals.
- Business-scaling oriented sales and client-care approach.
- Dependable and team-oriented while being able to work independently.
- Strong and clear interpersonal communication: negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Strong analytical skills: problem identification and resolution skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to travel extensively as required by the position.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work Location: On the road
Pay: Base Salary + Commission
Schedule: Monday - Friday
