Social Media Manager
Are you passionate about social media and building brands? We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager for a new Instagram theme page. It's also an opportunity to grow with an ambitious project that aims to evolve into a website, magazine, product line, and ultimately, a global lifestyle brand.
About the Brand:
This IG page focuses on men’s health, dating, lifestyle and personal development, with a mission to inspire and cultivate sophisticated, successful, modern gentlemen. As the IG page grows we plan to expand into a website, e-zine, affiliate marketing, product sales, special events and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and publish one engaging post daily, based on pre-discussed themes and content.
Conduct light market and social media research to inform content strategy.
Collaborate on ideas to expand the page’s reach and engagement.
Be involved with coordination of sponsors and advertisers.
What We’re Looking For:
A bright, driven, and tech-savvy individual with strong English language skills.
Prior experience in social media management and website admin roles.
Proficiency in graphic design and photo editing software.
Knowledge of SEO practices.
Familiarity with basic web design and e-commerce platforms.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Someone with a clear vision for the future and the ability to navigate the ever-evolving social media landscape.
Preference for a male candidate due to the brand’s focus, but we are very open to female applicants who can bring fresh perspectives and ideas.
Time Commitment and Compensation:
Initially requires 1-2 hours per day, with a modest monthly pay to start. This work will mostly be remote from your home on your own time, but some face to face strategy meetings will take place occasionally.
Compensation will be negotiated based on skills, experience, and potential contributions. Starting at a base rate of $400/month.
Opportunity to transition from a media manager role to a potential partnership as the brand grows, including involvement in product sales and other ventures.
