We are an established, growing construction company specializing in reconstruction and repair of existing structures. We are looking for a construction superintendent in the Santa Rosa, Windsor area. You will be overseeing various projects at several locations throughout the county and beyond. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Creating estimates for projects, including labor, supplies, materials and other ancillary costs
Coordinate construction services and activities
Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field
Hire and assign labor for each project
Maintain a daily job-site log, tracking progress
Maintain construction schedules, communicate and make changes, as necessary, to ensure deadlines are met or extended due to unforeseen conditions
Meet with building managers and tenants to discuss repair and restoration services
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
Bilingual Spanish/English
