Maintain knowledge of current market trends, create automotive market technology insights, identify, and analyze market opportunities for Client Custom ASICs Work closely with US team and Japan-based business units to drive feasibility, business case analysis and creation of technical and commercial proposals for customer engagements
Develop customer-facing technical collateral including presentations, white papers, web content to promote Client solutions
Work closely with management, engineering, and strategic sales teams to drive all phases of customer design wins, from pre-sales through execution to mass production Develop and maintain strong business relationships with current clients and key accounts Provide insights and solutions to resolve any internal and external sales obstacles.
Provide product & market training to sales team on regular basis
Bachelor's Degree in EE, Masters preferred 5+ years of successful experience in semiconductor marketing or business development 5+ years of experience in an ASIC design, R&D or applications engineering role Excellent understanding of ASIC development, design, and manufacturing flows as well as IP and manufacturing ecosystems.
Good understanding of automotive design trends and competitive landscape Good understanding of Arm platform architectures, AI/ML & GPUs, High Speed interfacing (PCIe, Ethernet, MIPI etc), Video & Image Signal Processing, chiplets and 2D/3D packaging technology Knowledge of ASIL requirements, ISO26262 development, AECQ & IATF standards, with hands-on experience a plus Proven work experience with cross-functional, cross-cultural global teams, leading global companies and partners Ability to manage multiple initiatives and programs simultaneously Teamwork, dedication, strong communications, and interpersonal skills
Some travel 10%, domestic and international as required.
