Job Description:
As the Videographer/ Media Manager at Chical Tacos, you will play a key role in capturing the essence of our food and the joy it brings to our customers. You will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for our social media platforms, website, and promotional materials, as well as overseeing our video production projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content highlighting our food, events, and the Chical Tacos experience.
- Collaborate with the owner and team to develop creative video concepts that resonate with our audience.
- Manage the video production process, including scheduling shoots and ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and special events at the food truck.
- Maintain and operate video equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in food videography and social media marketing.
- Assist in developing and implementing video marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members interested in video production.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Descript).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Passion for food and an understanding of the Mexican culinary culture.
- Experience with social media platforms and knowledge of their video content requirements is a plus.
