Career Progression & Compensation:
Training (First 14 Days):
You will undergo an intensive training program alongside our experienced technicians. You will learn our specialized cleaning methods, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Hourly Rate: $18.00
Senior Cleaning Technician I (After 2 Weeks):
Upon successful completion of training, you will transition to Senior Cleaning Technician I, taking on more responsibility, advanced cleaning tasks, and begin developing leadership skills.
Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $22.99
Senior Cleaning Technician II (After 90 Days):
After a 90-day Orientation & Review Period, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to Senior Cleaning Technician II, where you will play a key role in mentoring junior technicians and overseeing operations.
Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $25.00

Hands-on experience in a variety of commercial cleaning environments.
Introduction to our technology platforms, including Jobber and Gusto.
Senior Cleaning Technician I (After 2 Weeks):
Cleaning & Efficiency:
Perform a wide range of cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
Mentorship:
Begin providing guidance and support to junior cleaning technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Leadership Potential:
Demonstrate strong time management, effective communication with colleagues, and a positive approach to customer service.
Technology:
Utilize Jobber to manage schedules, track job progress, and accurately record expenses.
Professionalism:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Growth:
Actively participate in shadowing opportunities with Senior Cleaning Technicians to observe leadership responsibilities.
Senior Cleaning Technician II (After 90 Days):
Leadership & Team Management:
Oversee daily cleaning operations
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to junior technicians
Lead pre-shift meetings to discuss schedules, priorities, and any client-specific needs.
Quality Control:
Create structured checklists for different types of cleaning assignments (e.g., restaurants, offices, medical facilities, etc.)
Perform detailed inspections of completed cleaning tasks, using the checklists to guide the process.
Offer specific and actionable feedback to technicians on areas for improvement, focusing on solutions and positive reinforcement.
Customer Service:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Technology & Payment Processing:
Utilize Jobber to manage schedules, track job progress, and communicate with the team.
Confidently process payments through Jobber when required.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proven experience in the cleaning industry, with a focus on commercial cleaning is a plus.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to present oneself in a polished and professional manner, especially when interacting with clients. (Professional Demeanor)
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Driving is an essential function of this job.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new skills
A desire to grow professionally and take on leadership responsibilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Desirable Skills:
Experience with eco-friendly cleaning products and practices
Knowledge of specialized cleaning techniques for delicate surfaces (marble, granite, etc.)
