MY Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram is looking for a Service Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer service, greeting clients in a professional manner, assisting with questions from clients, answering phones with professional phone demeanor. Directly supporting Service Advisors and Service Manager in connecting clients to them. Fast paced environment, where professionalism is our number one priority.
RESPONSIBLITIES
-Support Service team
-Assist Managers with clients requests
-Greet clients
-Answer phones and assist clients or transfer calls to appropriate team member
-Schedule appointments accordingly based on daily job schedules.
-All other responsibilities will be reviewed in detail during interview
QUALIFICATIONS
-Computer knowledge helpful
-Reynolds and Reynolds experience, preferred, but not required
-Strong organization and communication skills
-Professional and dependable
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Phone etiquette
-Solid written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
-Excellent organizational skills
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Must pass both, Drug and Background Check
-Bilingual required.
