Supervise and schedule all maintenance activities for residential and commercial properties. Oversee a staff of 10 crew members. Report to and work with Owner of properties.
-Prioritize turns, work orders and daily tasks
-Communicate and direct assignments to staff
-Coordinate safety and skills training for employees
-Perform/schedule preventative maintenance for equipment and properties
-Manage supply inventory and manage maintenance budget
-Prepare for and assist during hazardous weather conditions
-Possess some knowledge in all areas of maintenance to include, but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, painting and drywall.
Properties are located in Castroville, Marina, Salinas, Monterey and King City
This position is for a Supervisor in training to replace existing Supervisor within 3.5 years.
