Were a startup at the intersection of food and design looking for an experienced, self-motivated CTO to join our team. Youll need a passion for design, food and community with the desire to put the needs of users and clients first. We work with leaders who want to own their future rather than outsource it, and have a passion for building things. We enjoy problem solving and strategizing with curiosity and empathy.
Relevant experience:
- Hands on experience of a broad range of technology systems. Understand web, native-based, databases, scalability, analytics/metrics, and agile dev processes. Well versed in the tools and technologies available for building a MVP with seamless architecture.
- Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and technical practitioners.
- You can make and explain strategic technology recommendations, balancing the needs of technology, business, product and all other facets of the company. Ability to focus on the future while anticipating the next step.
- BS/MS in computer science or related engineering field or commensurate experience.
- 3+ years working with web technologies.
What you will do:
- Own and build existing codebase for all tech products.
- Collaborate closely with team to uncover client needs, prioritize tasks, and launch new features.
- Create and manage roadmaps, tasks and deadlines.
