Support integration work with customers, including configuration changes
Implement software tooling required by engineering and operations teams

Execute network infrastructure implementation / deployment tasks within larger projects.
Participate in issue troubleshooting, bug tracking/follow-up, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
