Chinese Mandarin speaking RN needed in Irvine, CA, part-time & full-time available
Salary: $50 - $60 per hour, DOE
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Aesthetics to join a reputable and comprehensive medical and aesthetics practice located in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing top-notch patient care in aesthetic and outpatient surgery settings, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and a passion for improving the overall well-being of our patients. This position requires extensive experience in customer service, and skills in listening to patient concerns with the ability to de-escalate and problem solve in real time.
Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic assessments, collaborating with patients to understand their cosmetic goals and concerns.
- Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to laser and energy-based treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, hydrafacials, body contouring, as well as any other non-invasive cosmetic procedures that are offered at the practice.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment education to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of procedures, aftercare, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine to offer cutting-edge treatments.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of California and must be in good standing.
- Certification in Aesthetic Nursing is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aesthetics.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical office or hospital setting.
- Experience in outpatient surgical training preferred.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic procedures, surgical procedures, aseptic techniques, infection control. Strong understanding of OBGYN clinical practices preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, warm and compassionate bedside manner, and exceptional teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
