Patient Communication: Communicate with patients to explain treatment plans, discuss financial arrangements, and answer any questions or concerns they may have about their dental care.
Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments for various dental treatments, coordinating with both patients and the dental team to ensure timely and efficient care.
Insurance Assistance: Work with patients to understand their insurance coverage, verify benefits, and explain payment options. Assist in processing insurance claims to facilitate smooth billing procedures.
Financial Counseling: Provide clear and detailed information to patients regarding the cost of treatments, available payment plans, and financial arrangements. Address patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Treatment Plan Presentation: Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of recommended procedures, costs, and potential benefits.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, financial agreements, and insurance information. Contribute to the overall organization of the dental office.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care and ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Required Skill Set:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years experience in dental Front Desk & ada codes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Familiarity with dental insurance processes and terminology.
Experience using Dentrix, Invisalign , general treatemnt knowlege , digital scanners, digital X-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
