- Verifying insurance coverage and processing claims promptly
- Demonstrating proficiency in practice software and understanding of ICD-10 and CPT codes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in software packages such as Google Drive, Microsoft Suite etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Integrity, patience, and a calm demeanor
- Quick recall of information, multitasking ability, and reliability
- Seeking a long-term commitment to our practice
Chiropractic assistant position is a full-time offering 35 hours or more per week, with benefits including paid time off and health insurance.
Massage Therapy position
We are currently seeking Massage Therapists to join our team at our Chiropractic office. The ideal candidate should possess a deep tissue massage technique and must be professional, organized, reliable, and friendly. Our upbeat office is looking for an employee/W2 Massage Therapist who can work with us on a flexible schedule of 1-3 days per week. We provide our therapists with linens, lotions, tables, and patients, along with a beautiful workspace. Benefits such as PTO, health insurance.
