Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced 3D Printing and Order Fulfillment Specialist with specific experience using Bambu 3D printers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our 3D printing operations, including maintenance, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Bambu 3D printers including AMS to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on 3D printers.
Manage inventory of printing materials and products.
Pull, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Print and prepare custom orders as per customer specifications.
Respond to online customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.
Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with 3D printing, specifically with Bambu 3D printers and AMS.
Strong technical skills in maintaining and troubleshooting 3D printers.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage inventory and track supplies.
Experience with pulling, packing and shipping orders.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
