Here's what the role involves:
Working off blueprints, sketches, and manuals to execute precise deburring techniques.
Ensuring machines are primed for optimal performance.
Using different grinding and abrasive tools to eliminate burrs from metal parts.
Checking finished work with precision instruments for compliance with specifications.
Using various hand tools and pneumatic devices to remove heavy burrs.
Maintaining and organizing the deburring area.
Adhering strictly to safety protocols and regulations.
What you'll bring to the table:
At least 2 years of experience as a deburr technician.
Mechanical savvy and adeptness with manual tasks.
Basic math skills and familiarity with handheld measuring tools.
The ideal candidate:
Shows strong attention to detail and reliability.
