We are looking for a customer support, and sales representative. Daily tasks will be assisting customers, order taking, light data, and answering phones.

We need a team player, someone who can communicate well, and that can assist wherever needed. It's a big plus if you enjoy the outdoors, love nature, and like helping people. We are looking for a person with a positive, outgoing attitude. We are a plant nursery that gets a lot of foot traffic, so be prepared to be busy.

English and Spanish fluency is a requirement.

Hours: Mon-Sat 7am-4pm

Required Availability:

Available to work shifts that start as early as 6:45 am.

Available to work shifts that end as late as 4:30pm or 5:00pm.

Available to work Saturdays and the week days. Sunday and a weekday will be their days off. ( For example, Thursdays and Sundays will be off. ).

45+ wpm

Familiarity with Accounts Receivables is helpful

Experienced with Microsoft office programs

Able to work independently

Able to follow directions, keep up with deadlines, and follow through

Able to problem solve

Able to accurately enter data into accounting software (Sage 50 is a plus.)

Able to work Saturdays

General Daily Tasks:

Contact, support, and provide help to customers through phone and in-person

Work with co-workers and inventory data to assist customers

Create and send purchase orders, quotes, and invoices

Cash handling, and filling out daily cash reports

Organize relevant paperwork and documents

Multi-task heavy phone calls (i.e. taking availability requests, call back w/ order status)

Filing, mailing documents, and generally assisting co-workers with misc. tasks
