We are Koder A.I., a new innovative artificial intelligence software startup, revolutionizing the tech industry with A.I. that can design and build apps in seconds. As our founder and CEO's right hand, you'll play a crucial role in driving our mission forward.
Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the CEO's schedule, ensuring efficient use of time
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist in preparing reports, emails, and correspondence
Handle top secret information with discretion
Support daily operations and special projects
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Anticipate needs and proactively address them to keep everything running smoothly
Monitor and report to the team on news from the A.I. industry and our competitors
Assist our CEO in hosting small events in OC, LA and San Francisco, such as meetups, happy hour, and more.
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
A recent or even a not so recent college grad (if you’re awesome, a college degree is not required)
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
Growth / entrepreneurial mindset
Strong social presence on Instagram, X/Twitter or LinkedIn.
