Guaranteed Air, Inc. is a well established HVAC company of over 15 years in O.C. and surrounding areas. We are looking for the right candidates to grow with our company. The right candidates will have all the above qualities and:
-Minimum 2 years in the HVAC industry (preferred)
-Proficiency in HVAC installation and service, including the ability to troubleshoot, test and balance a system
-EPA Certification
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Ability to lift and maintain holding up to 50lbs.
-Ability to safely climb and balance on ladders
-Ability to work in elevated/high locations (roofs)
-Verifiable references and work history
-Own hand tools
Responsibilities:
-Travel to homes and businesses on a daily basis as scheduled
-Determine customer needs and discuss all solutions
-Install and service new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
-Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
-Troubleshoot and repair current HVAC system issues
-Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources
-Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and schedules
