We're seeking an energetic and friendly team member to join our Hotel Trolley Driver team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating a memorable experience for our hotel guests, safely transporting them to and from the Disneyland Resort.
What you'll do:
Drive our comfortable hotel trolley, ensuring a safe and smooth ride for guests.
Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all.
Follow established routes and schedules, maintaining on-time performance.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.
Who you are:
You possess a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Passenger Endorsement.
You have a clean driving record.
You have a minimum of 1 year of experience driving a bus or similar passenger vehicle (preferred).
You are energetic, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude.
You are a strong communicator with a genuine passion for providing excellent service.
You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You are able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
