Technical Business Analyst
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Any technical certification in O365 would be an advantage.
No of years of experience

1) Total IT expereince of 10 to 14 Years.
2) 6 + years of experience in O365, MS Teams and Share Point Online
3) 2 + years of experience in product development.
4) 2 + years of experience in working with offshore team & AGILE methodology
Team size handled (if any)
This is an individual contrbutor role. However, the candidate should be a good team player.
Primary Skills (Must have)
1) Good understanding on implementation of MS Teams, SharePoint, and O365 applications.
2) Good understanding of Data Protection and Information Governance.
3) Good understanding on integration between Teams, Zoom, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint (out of the box only)
5) Ability to translate business needs into requirement specifications
6) Able to speak in business terminology rather than technical.
Secondary skills (Good to have)
1) Hands on experience in MS PowerPoint, MS Visio and MS Excel.
Job/Role Description

As a business analyst, you'll be an integral member of the MS Teams project that drives the development and implementation of Microsoft Teams within the organisation.
1) You will help create user-focused digital projects by analysing data, speaking to customers and stakeholders, and conducting research sessions to identify key service needs.
2) Should establish change management and communication plan: Include notification to users and IT Operations, procedures, checklists, and posters for key activities.
3) Will be responsible for closing any requirements gap between customer and development team.
4) Should conduct workshops with governance team to establish understanding and document the individual, intra-team / inter-team collaboration patterns across Kodiak.
5) Should conduct sessions with governance team with the intent to provide an overview on the best practices, key considerations and how other organizations are using Microsoft Teams. Map them to Kodiak collaboration patterns and document the requirements.
6) Should conduct Trainings.
Soft skills/other skills (If any)
1) Self-directed with an aptitude manging and tracking projects, tasks, and backlogs.
2) Wisdom to go looking for the root cause of problems and communicate openly about them.
