job summary:

The Product Analyst will report to the Manager of WholeSale Product. You work with various internal stakeholders to migrate Wholesale Merchandising System from Legacy System to an IBM Cloud Commerce Order Management System

You will implement a new Wholesale/Flexible Business Model along with onboarding new wholesale partners. Responsible to support the delivery on the product roadmap, support a healthy product backlog and sprint execution.

Responsible for partnering with the Wholesale Team to communicate the product vision and confirm the Business Analyst and Development Team understand the requirements, flow, complexity, and dependencies of each story.

This person will collaborate with Wholesale Team members and stakeholders to understand and document the requirements in user stories and acceptance criteria.

They will actively participate in sprint planning and sprint reviews to ensure all stakeholders are well informed.

responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Wholesale and/or Retail merchandise industries, as well as Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The candidate will need to have very strong collaboration and influencing skills. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into a high-quality, simple user experience.


? Partner with key stakeholders (Wholesale, Sourcing, Logistics, Accounting/Finance/Controllership, Legal, other Technology Teams, etc.) to translate and manage scope expectations as well as across other product lines/destinations/brands to ensure a successful implementation.

? Be collaborative and build strong relationships across the organization in order to influence business decisions

? Responsible for translating product roadmap items into features and feature scenarios, and to create and prioritize the product backlog.

? Interpret complex ideas / vision simplify into user stories. Use tools like Visio, Powerpoint, Wiki/Confluence as ways to convey them in an effective manner to the stakeholders.

? Participate in backlog grooming, tech estimations, sprint planning and scrums, coordinating with tech leads and project managers to meet sprint deliverables and ensure high-velocity sprints

? Inform the priority of and manage feature/bug requests, in partnership with other members of the Product and Project Management teams and with key stakeholders

? Manage feature requirements and user stories within various Agile backlogs and throughout the Agile development lifecycle to ensure adherence to strategic vision defined by the Wholesale Team

? Support feature launches with go-to-market plans, user acceptance testing and regular communications to project stakeholders

? Support the team with documentation, industry research, reporting/analytics, project logistics, testing, and general coordination of feature launches/enhancements

? Consult with other project teams on key integration aspects to enable a smooth hand-off and minimal impact to ongoing operations

? Collaborate on best practices, processes and artifacts that create highly efficient implementation and sustainment of operations
