Apartment Maintenance
Seeking experienced apartment maintenance technicians for multiple property management companies. Will be responsible for upkeep of entire grounds; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting upkeep; repairs; clean up after move outs; prep for move ins; knowledge of HVAC systems to repair and maintain as needed; 24 hour emergency maintenance; preventative maintenance; assist with pool maintenance; maintain equipment; order supplies and inventory; and coordinate special projects.
Must be neat, clean, and be courteous to tenants and other visitors; must be able to follow oral and written instructions; must have ability to perform above tasks without contractor assistance; valid driver's license a must; and must pass pre-employment screen. Must have some of your own tools.
