Set up, operate, and monitor Doosan SMX machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Utilize FANUC controls to program, troubleshoot, and adjust machine operations.
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating Doosan SMX machines.
Proficiency with FANUC controls and programming.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
