You'll help leaders build high-performing, engaged teams, unlock potential, and create an environment where people can do their best work. Key responsibilities: Build a deep understanding of your assigned business areas, including their objectives and people trends.Provide timely, consistent advice and coaching to leaders across performance, onboarding, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and engagement.Collaborate with managers to shape people strategies and ensure long-term sustainable solutions.Champion initiatives that create a positive employee experience, helping teams thrive.Analyze and respond to workforce capability needs, supporting organizational planning and transformation.Assist in designing practical people solutions together with the Employee Experience team, ensuring processes are consistently applied.Lead or contribute to global projects, templates, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with practices across regions.Handle local HR matters, from policy interpretation to benefits administration and compliance.Promote a “Safety First” approach and adherence to agreed policies, processes, and authority limits.Health, safety and care for the environment come first.
