Position: Brand Ambassador
Job Objective: To trial & promote the Re:THINK brand, educating people unfamiliar with Re:THINK on the virtues of our ice cream and the brand, turning them into consumers and advocates.
Job Requirements: A car and the ability to travel short to medium distances, speak English, outgoing personality, good communication skills, good attitude, good work ethic, professional appearance, willingness to learn
Compensation: $25/hour
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Transport yourself to and from the location where the brand demonstration will be performed.
Set-up and break-down a demonstration kit
Sample ice cream to interested consumers in a safe manner
Communicate the virtues of the product and the brand in an articulate, cohesive manner to people who are unfamiliar with the product & brand
Sell units of ice cream, obtain social media & email followers
Be out-going, engage walkers-by over to your station through an effusive personality and use of the instructed phrasing
Present yourself in a cheerful, professional, friendly way
Achieve assigned goals & targets
Purchase miscellaneous supplies as needed
Job Training: Orientation & on-site training by a supervisor/manager
