Busy coffee shop in Fair Oaks seeks for FH assistant manager to work with the owner and kitchen manager
Overview of position: As shift lead, your focus is:
- on ensuring that all food and drink are delivered to our guests
- on creating a relation with our guests.
- on increasing the sale
You need be able to work alone and do some opening and closing. You are able to help, set up the schedule, placing the orders, leading a small team, working with coworkers and having a good communication with the staffs and clients.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in busy coffee shop. You also have some experience has the barista.
