The Virgin Sturgeon is hiring a floor supervisor/manager.
We are looking for a floor supervisor/manager with a minimum of three years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar. We are family owned and have been in business for 40 years.
Our mission is to ensure that our guests’ experience is so memorable that they want to return again and again.
Three years of previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
Ability to use a 10 key and have basic mathematical skills
Strong leadership skills
Excellent conflict resolution abilities
Strong customer service skills
Communication and team management abilities
Good oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with exceptional team building capability
Ability to read and interpret documents such as company polices, training materials and operating and maintenance instructions
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
