Restaurant General Manager

We are a thriving restaurant in Sacramento County, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a positive and profitable environment for both our staff and guests.
Duties:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, food and beverage service, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability, including, cost control, and budgeting. Includes managing Cost of Goods Sold, Sales, Labor Costs, Inventory Turnover, etc.
Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a team of talented employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to staff.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Represent the restaurant professionally in the community.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of success in increasing profitability and driving sales growth.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software
A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Fluent in Spanish and English
