Servers:

Servers are required to have a fun, fantastic, friendly personality and excellent memorization skills. Ability to work in a fast pace environment with little stress, multitask and have great communication skills with other team members and guests. Must take care of multiple guests at one time with excellent service in a timely manner. Great time management skills to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean appearance with excellent hygiene. Must bus owns tables, do side work, and help watch the front door. 2+ years serving experience required.

 Customer service experience

 Moderate knowledge of all Liquor, Wine and Beer selections offered

Cook:

Nights, Weekends, and Holidays are mandatory

 Minimum of 1 year of line cook and food preparation experience required

 Ability to follow established menus and recipes

 Proficient Knife Skills

 Must have a valid California Food Handler Card

 Physical Requirements: Walking, Standing, lifting 20-50 pounds and

reaching.

Dishwasher:

Must understand every aspect of the dishwasher and chemicals it requires. Knowledge of how to properly clean and maintain the machine, frequently and efficiently. Knowledgeable of all safety and sanitizing requirements for dishwashing and kitchen areas. Ability to multitask; work at a fast pace with high volumes of glassware, silverware and flatware. Ability to recognize items that need to be washed by hand and items that may need to be rewashed before sent out to the guest. If time is available helping polish all silverware and glassware so that it can be reused immediately. Ability to transport trash and dispose of it properly without disruption to any guest present. Maintain a clean appearance with excellent hygiene.

 Responsible for maintaining all dishwashing equipment

 Diluting Chemicals as needed for dishwasher

 Ability to train and understand how to operate the dishwashing

machine safely

 Ability to dispose of all trash and oil properly as needed

 Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, lifting 20-50 pounds and reaching

 Sweep and mop the floor of the kitchen, storage rooms, service line and bathrooms

 Clean walls and shelves of kitchen area

 Washes dirty containers and stacks them in their appropriate area

 Clean, restock and maintain bathrooms when needed.
