We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience in family law. We are a primarily family law firm with some criminal defense cases as well. Criminal law experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Location: This is a hybrid position. You will need to appear in person at court and at the office for client or team meetings. Otherwise, you are free to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court
- Conduct legal research on various issues.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Negotiate settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients.
- Provide legal advice to clients
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
- Stay current on developments in the law and changes in regulations.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
- Strong knowledge of Family Law preferred.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year depending on experience
