Growing bakery seeking full-time Sanitation Lead. Soon moving to a new, bigger facility - lots of opportunities to grow!
Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily sanitation to all baking production lines to upkeep the cleanliness and sanitation responsibilities for a food-safe environment in a timely matter
Use equipment, materials and cleaning chemicals properly
Follow company’s good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
Fill out the appropriate paperwork to ensure the proper records are kept
Transport waste and recycling to the appropriate disposal area
Oversee other Sanitation Associates and properly manage cleaning schedule as needed
Train others on proper sanitation procedures
Training will be provided
Requirements:
2pm-10:30pm, Sunday thru Thursday
Hourly position, pay depending on experience
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision
Familiarization with food safety and defense
Verbal and written communication skills
Not required, but experience with HACCP procedures is a plus
