THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PLEASANT GROVE or Stockton CA.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Inside Sale Representative works to increase parts and service sales throughout Holt’s assigned territory by engaging new customers and existing customer on the customer list primarily through telephone calls and email.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Planning and strategy sessions with Product Support Sales Manager on regular out bound sales calls.

Qualifying leads and building relationships with customers.

Assemble quotations for machine repairs and parts sales

Maintain log of calls and quotes.

Partner with the Marketing team on execution of promotional campaigns.

Generates and forwards leads for other divisions and machine sales.

Proactive account management on assigned accounts

Updates and maintains CRM system with customer information, leads, activities and sales.

Engages in continued training to keep current on the range of products.

Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS

Ability to apply carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Time management skills a must.

Ability to work with other sales people and help where directed with demo’s, training and lead exchanges.

Ability to sell a minimum dollar volume (TBD) sales volume in first 12 months. Based on Customer List assigned

Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Safely drive, load and unload demo delivery vehicle requiring a class “C” license.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school or GED and three (3) years industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must have a valid Class C driver license.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high precarious places.

The employee will be working in facilities and on job sites that may have loud machinery and/or equipment noises.

COMPENSATION

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Annually.

Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
