($500 should you turn out to be quite committed),

This role is not meant to feel like a job and
is meant for someone who very much enjoys talking or at least has a lot to say.
The interaction is normal,
except you’ll be speaking with someone who hasn’t learned much Mandarin yet.
Their learning will result from this interaction.
The role is good for someone who has an open schedule or a schedule which allows for interaction to take place at the same time.
There needs to be as much interaction as possible.
This is a binge learning exercise.
There is meant to be minimal breaks outside of sleep,
but express any scheduling concerns.
We will meet once in person,
just as a formality.
We will use Zoom thereafter.
Mostly audio only.
If you enjoy make-up, clothing, fashion, Asian pop-culture or STEM fields,
these would be ideal things to talk about.
Whatever is on your mind is valid,
but you will be easier to promote if you have strong interest in suggested topics.
If we make good progress,
there is a lot more earning potential should you happen to have more than one of the following interests:
Computer programming languages
Public policy
Video communications/cinema
After a decent level of Mandarin proficiency is achieved,
there will be opportunities for short and long form on-camera work, as you will be working with a voice-over artist.
