Requirements:
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of cashier and cash handling experience in a restaurant setting
1+ years of experience using restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems
1+ years of experience using third-party order apps such as GrubHub, Uber Eats, Postmates, DoorDash, etc.
Skills:
Proficiency in math
Strong command of the English language
Excellent multi-tasking abilities
Outstanding customer service skills
Positive and energetic demeanor
Abilities:
Expertise in cash handling
Exceptional customer service
Keen attention to detail
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Ability to adhere to California’s meal and rest break laws
Responsibilities:
Handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ensure all orders are processed correctly and delivered in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Assist with other duties as needed to support the team and business operations
