Chez Loma, an esteemed fine dining establishment, is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team. We are hiring for various positions including Cooks, Servers, Bussers, and Hosts. Roles and Responsibilities:
Cooks: Must have at least 2 years of working in a fast-paced kitchen and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include working directly with our Executive Chef to execute his menu with precision and consistency, ensuring high standards are met on each plate.
Servers: Must have at least 5 years serving in a fine dining setting plus at least 2 more years in hospitality. Extensive wine knowledge is required. Our servers are expected and do provide exceptional hospitality to all our guests. Servers Welcome customers, seat them swiftly, give menu recommendations, suggest wine pairings, and ensure that all needs of our guests are met. Fine dining servers need to have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and need to use their initiative to meet customers' high expectations.
Bussers: Must have at least 3 years of experience in a fine dining setting. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, promptly clearing tables, and assisting the service team as needed.
Hosts: Must have at least 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements to optimize the flow of service.
Other Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the standards and procedures of Chez Loma.
Food Handler's Certification is required.
