Biggest black owned hookah lounge in San Diego country is looking for part time/weekends/nights Hookah Lounge Manager.
Location: San Diego, CA (College Area)
- Pay: Starting at ($25 - $30) hourly plus tips
- Shift: Thursday - Sunday (Midnight - 5:00am)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee Day-to-Day Operations:Manage employees and venue, ensuring consistency in service, atmosphere, and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership:Hire, train, and motivate staff. Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Customer Experience:Ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
Inventory Management:Oversee inventory levels for lounge, ensuring that supplies are stocked and managed effectively.
Financial Management:Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure profitability for both locations.
Marketing and Promotions:Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including promotions and special events, to attract new customers and retain loyal patrons.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of ager or older
- Must speak English.
- Experience in hookah/Shisha industry a plus but not require
- Must have reliable form of transportation
- Must be a hard worker
