We’re looking for someone who truly LOVES cooking and is passionate about plant-based nutrition. We highly value someone who not only prepares meals but also takes initiative in creating diverse, nutrient-dense dishes. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!

What We’re Looking For:

Whole-Food, Plant-Based Culinary Expert:

You’ll be responsible for preparing 5 days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for two people

The meals should be based on a whole-food, plant-based diet that emphasizes a diversity of grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and spices.

Creativity is essential! We want someone who can take whole-food ingredients and make them exciting and delicious.

Here are some simple meal examples inspired by plant-based books How to Not Age and How Not to Die by Michael Greger:

Oatmeal with Berries and Flaxseeds

Chickpea and Quinoa Salad

Lentil Stew with Spinach and Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potato and Black Bean Tacos

Brown Rice Stir-Fry with Tofu and Vegetables

Barley and Mushroom Soup

If you have a culinary background—whether you’re currently in culinary school or have graduated—that’s a huge plus!

Meal prep efficiency and organization are key parts of this role. We’re looking for someone who can prepare meals in advance and package them in a way that makes them easy to reheat and enjoy, ensuring convenience throughout the week.

You’ll need to take initiative in planning a variety of nutrient-rich, grab-and-go meals that make the process easy, healthy, and stress-free for us.

What We’re Offering:

Position: Personal Chef (Whole Food, Plant-Based)

Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday (3 meals a day for two people)

Compensation: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus the cost of food
