Local Restoration Service Company is looking to fill an immediate opening for a Restoration Account Manager. We work with our clients to restore their properties. Our team restores commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and educational properties from water damage. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER —
As an Account Manager, you execute the sales and marketing strategy for our company. Through marketing, you identify and maintain strategic relationships with customers, vendors, and partners. You love interacting with people and establish a rapport easily. This is evident as you represent the company as a spokesperson at meetings, local functions, and trade shows.
You implement internal and external strategies to improve efficiency and customer service. You manage all phases of the business development cycles and generate leads for various company services. You are organized and manage your time efficiently in order to regularly achieve individual and team goals. And, you feel good about playing an important role in our success.

Average commission is $1k per signed job
Average earnings is $5k-$10k per month

Required Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for emergency on-call Sales at anytime
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 plus years in marketing & business related sales development
- Aggressive mentality for day to day out of the office direct to the prospect sales
