We are a medium-size, owner-operated memory care community offering an intimate, non-corporate environment with a highly personalized approach to care and operations. This role is designed for a self-motivated sales and marketing professional with PRIOR or current experience in healthcare—specifically assisted living or memory care— who is comfortable working independently and values open communication, and wants their ideas to be heard and implemented.

The position offers a Compensation that include a modest base with strong commission.

Compensation adjustments may be considered and negotiated after a six and 12 month performance review based on results and overall contribution and are not automatic. There is clear opportunity to grow into a leadership and management role as responsibilities and performance expand.
