Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in remodeling and ADU construction. They will be responsible for executing projects with precision and care, ensuring that every detail meets our high standards of quality. Mostly jobs are located in San Diego North County - La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, Carlsbad and San Marcos
Responsibilities:
- Execute remodeling and ADU construction projects according to specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth project progression.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and craftsmanship in all aspects of construction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any questions or concerns throughout the construction process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in remodeling and ADU construction.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- U.S. work permit
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
