Site Reliability Engineer

Role: Site Reliability Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA and Lehi, UT (onsite)
Duration: Long term

Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to support, configure, integrate, upgrade, and automate the use of enterprise tools used across our large Engineering organization.

Required Skills:

  • Experience maintaining large enterprise systems and clusters using configuration tools such as Chef and Salt Stack
  • Engineering support and written communication skills
  • Automate tasks and routines through tools and scripting, simplifying developer and operations workflows
  • Cloud Concepts and hands-on experience with Public Cloud Providers such as AWS
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with orchestration tools like Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience working with containers (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECR/ECS/EKS)
  • Experience and proficiency in one or more modern programming languages - Java J2EE or Python or GoLang

Must
Strong SRE experience
Manage systems , tools , update , troubleshooting ,
Splunk they use Splunk as logging tool great to have or any other similar logging tool experience
Linux System Admin , Bash scripting
Must know how to post Java , Non Java application
Good communication skills ,
