Our client, a large staffing organization, is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer skilled in .Net, C# and ERP solutions such as Workday or People Soft.

This is a contract to hire role that is fully remote.

Rate: 65-70 per hour W2

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelors Degree in business, accounting, finance, MIS or equivalent work experience

    • 6+ years demonstrated experience in business systems analysis & design.
  • 5+ years experience with a programming or scripting language (e.g. c#, Java, JavaScript, SQL)

  • 5+ years experience writing/modifying programs for a small to mid-size application

  • 5+ years experience administering and/or configuring an application

  • Experience working with large ERP applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft is highly desired.


  • Exposure to one or more of the following functional areas: Payroll, Time & Labor, Order to Cash (Billing, AR, Cash)


In depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows applications, Microsoft Office including: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Power Point.
  • Good understanding of SOAP /REST / XML / JSON interfaces and Web Services

    • Database Administration and Transactional SQL (required)
  • Advanced SQL, C#, ASP.NET / Net Core Web, HTML, Java, JavaScript (required)

  • API / Web Service, Postman or similar

  • Good knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).

    • Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify solutions to problems, listens actively, exercise sound judgment to make decisions. Is receptive to feedback.

  • Ability to analyze complex information and present objective recommendations based on verified facts.

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, work independently and with others.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Additional Desirable Aspects:


  • Experience with reporting tools such as Domo or Smartsheet Office 365 Technology Platform

    • DevOps , DevExpress (Desired)
  • Azure (Data Factory, Function Apps, App Services) (Desired)

    • Experience with Workday EIBs (preferred)
    RPA Experience
