We are looking for a deck/fence builder! Must be looking to advance within the company and be in a management position in the next 3 years.
We are a Trex Platinum Pro installer! We expect quality! We are a family oriented company!
Requirements:
Drivers license
Lift over 50lbs repeatedly
Attention to detail
Professional representation
Deck, framing, fence building knowledge
Work well with others
Drive with a trailer
Keep paper work in line and delivered clean and on time
Organized
Is comfortable with deadlines
Great costumer service
Enjoy receiving work incentives
Communicate instructions to other workers
Lift people up and motivate them through education and not demoralization
Pay depends on experience $25-$35 per hour! 40 + hour work weeks, Time and half for overtime, paid vacation, timely completion incentives, and Christmas bonuses.
