Exciting opportunity to be part of the opening crew at a cool new Santa Barbara restaurant!
Cubaneo is a new fast-casual restaurant serving inventive, California-inspired Cuban food, owned and operated by the same crew behind the now classic Santa Barbara restaurant, BarbareÃ±o. We'll be opening in a shared space with a hip San Diego brewery (one you've probably heard of) and a local cocktail bar (one you've DEFINITELY heard of).
We're looking for back of house staff to help us get the project started. All of our crew will work flexible positions, so we're looking for applicants willing to cook on the line, prep, and wash dishes. There will be opportunities to learn new skills, and all employees will be part of an equally distributed tip pool.
Part time or full time available.
These positions will have the possibility of promotion to management.
