We're looking for a couple great surf instructors for spring and summer. Looking to hire 1 or 2 more instructors now and a couple mote come June. Would like someone that's available at least 3 to 5 days a week. Need instructors that consider themselves morning people as many of the bookings are for the morning. We need someone responsible, organized, energetic and that surfs. Must be very energetic and attentive when giving lessons. You need at least 2 years experience and a clean driving record. We also have some beach work we'd like help with.
The right candidate must have the following:
- Clean driving record: parking tickets are ok.
- Upbeat and happy personality
- Be organized
- Know how to surf
- Flexible
- Great people skills
- Must be active
- Always on time
- 3 Days available a week
Pay: $15 /hr plus tips
Job Duties:
Leading Surf lessons
Daily set up, tear down & general cleaning after lessons
Renting to customers
Customer Service
