We are seeking a talented and motivated program manager to join our dynamic program team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, proliferation, and adoption of a strategic program for our engineering teams. This role requires a big picture thinker who can drive change and proliferation of a highly visible and cross functional program and product across the company.Our team within Applied Materials is focused on the strategic question of how to increase the productivity of each employee through skill building, through learning programs, products, and services. Plan and manage multiple milestones in a complex and growing program to build skills for engineers

Proactively engage stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs

Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision making

Drive alignment and communication with stakeholders with increasing and conflicting demands.

Craft and drive program roadmap and bring consensus to your vision

Continuously assessing and optimizing workflows and processes to ensure the best experience for all stakeholders

Monitor and report out on program progress to business leaders
