Medical Device- Scrum, Technical Program Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 12 Month Consulting Opportunity- plans to renew or extend

Targeting: 7-12 years of experience
Scope of Role: Capital Systems - Scrum Master
Scrum Master for the Capital System Hardware team(s).
Lead Agile/Scrum/Sprint Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Stand Up, Retrospective).
Coach new to Agile/Scrum/Sprint teams.
Work with Atlassian administrator to set up new users into Jira & Confluence (software used to track work deliverables).
Provide training to new Jira/Confluence users.
Analyze work statcompletion metrics and create visuals to inform team.
This role will work closely with:
The Project Head who will be the Product Owner of the Scrum Team.
The Program/Project Manager who owns the End to End timeline and integration points with other team.
The Design & Development Engineers who will be the Scrum Team.
Scrum Master for project teams
Led Agile/Scrum/Sprint Ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Stand Up)
Used Jira and Confluence (Atlassian software tools to track work deliverables)
Running virtual team meetings using Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom
Medical Device experience
Using Agile / Scrum / Sprint Methodology in a non-Software environment
Used Waterfall & Iterative project management styles
Knowledge of Microsoft Projects
